The Wooden Candle is owned and operated by Tom and Dianne Jones, business owners and crafters for over thirty years. The couple, married for over forty years, work together to bring the hand-crafted Wooden Candle to life.

By hand-painting each detail of the candles, hand-forming each and every clay flame, delicately tying the perfect bow, and carefully assembling the final product, Tom and Dianne create a unique piece of art that gives off not only the gentle glow from the flame, but the warmth of the care and attention that is put into each and every candle.

Our flames are made with a clay containing a phosphorus ingredient that absorbs light. Please note that our candles are mainly a decorative item with the added touch of a soft glow. They do not give off light like a lamp.
